Since January 1, 2019, the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated October 31, 2018, No. 1977 “On Amendments to the Qualification Characteristics Directory of Workers’ Professions. Release 78 “Healthcare”” has come into force, according to which the qualification requirement for the head (director) of a healthcare institution is the presence of a master’s degree in “Organization and Management of Healthcare”.

Form and duration of study: without separation from production (distance learning) – 16 months
Estimated cost of education – 23,850.00 UAH
Admission requirements
Admission to study is carried out in accordance with the Admission Rules to SumDU in 2022.
List of documents submitted by the applicant:
– application (filled out by the applicant personally at the university);
– four color photographs sized 3×4 centimeters.
When submitting the application, the applicant personally presents the originals and provides copies of the following documents:
– copy of the document (one of the documents) certifying the identity provided by the Law of Ukraine “On the Unified State Demographic Register, which certifies citizenship of Ukraine, identifies a person or its special status” (copy of the passport);
– registration number of the taxpayer identification card (certificate of assignment of the identification number);
– four color photographs sized 3×4 centimeters;
– copy of the document of the state sample certifying the previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, based on which admission is made, and a copy of the appendix to it;
– copy of the military registration document – for conscripts (in cases provided for by law).

Competitive selection
The competitive selection of persons for training is carried out based on the results of the professional entrance exam, the exam in foreign language, and additional testing.
