Training and advanced training of insolvency receivers

SUMY STATE UNIVERSITY INCLUDED IN THE LIST OF INSTITUTIONS PROVIDING PREPARATORY COURSES FOR SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE IN THE FIELD OF DEBT RECOVERY AND BANKRUPTCY, AND ACTING AS ARBITRATION MANAGERS (PROPERTY ADMINISTRATORS, SANITATION MANAGERS, LIQUIDATORS).

The Center for Professional and Postgraduate Education (CPPE) of SumDU conducts training and qualification improvement for arbitration managers in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 27.12.2012 No. 1973/5 “On Approval of the Regulation on the System of Training and Retraining of Persons Authorized to Act as Arbitration Managers (Property Administrators, Sanitation Managers, Liquidators) and the Improvement of Qualification and Retraining of Arbitration Managers (Property Administrators, Sanitation Managers, Liquidators)”.

The preparation of arbitration managers consists of two stages: the first is training in courses with programs approved by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and the second stage is an internship.

Persons with a full higher legal or economic education are accepted for training.

The training of arbitration managers is based on the combination of theory and practice and in accordance with the List of Mandatory Questions defined by Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 18.01.2013 No. 128/5 “On Approval of the List of Mandatory Questions for Training Persons Intending to Engage in Activities as Arbitration Managers (Property Administrators, Sanitation Managers, Liquidators)”.

The training lasts for 1 month and concludes with a final exam, issuing a certificate of completion of training in the field of debtor solvency recovery or recognition of bankruptcy.

In order to improve and apply the knowledge gained during training, arbitration managers undergo an internship for a period of at least 6 months.

Documents required for training:

– Application (filled out at the university);
– Copy of the diploma of full higher legal or economic education;
– Copy of the passport (pages 1, 2, 11).

Arbitration managers must constantly work on improving their professional level and upgrade their qualification once every two years.

Qualification improvement is carried out by participating in a seminar on bankruptcy and debtor solvency recovery, which concludes with a final test (written) and the issuance of a qualification improvement certificate.

Documents required for qualification improvement:

APPLICATION;
– Copy of the certificate authorizing the activities of an arbitration manager (property administrator, sanitation manager, liquidator);
– Copy of the passport (pages 1-3, 11);
– Copy of the identification code;
CONTRACT for training (2 copies).
