(educational program / specialization “Civil Service”)

for the 2022/2023 academic year

Education level: master

Qualification: Master of Public Administration

Form and term of study: in-service (part-time) – 16 months.

Terms of admission

Admission to study is carried out according to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 789 of July 29, 2009 “On approval of the Procedure for admission to study under the educational-professional training program for masters in” Public administration and administration “in the field of knowledge” Public administration and administration “(as amended) and Rules of admission to SSU in 2022.

The right to education by state order hold persons whose positions belong to the positions of the civil service subcategory B3 category “B”, category “B”, and local government officials whose positions are classified in the fifth – seventh category of positions in local governments who have obtained a master’s degree * / bachelor, work in public authorities or local governments, have experience in public service or service in local government for at least one year at the time of submission of documents to the selection committee.

List of documents submitted by the entrant:

– application (to be filled in at the university by the entrant personally);

– passport copy;

– four color photographs measuring 3×4 centimeters;

– the original and a copy of the diploma of higher education and the appendix to it;

– copy of employment record book;

– a copy of the certificate of assignment of the identification number;

– certificate from the personnel department indicating the category (5-7 categories of positions in local governments), rank, salary group (for civil servants within 6-9 pay groups), length of service in the civil service or local government, general work experience.

Copies must be certified in the prescribed manner.

Passport and military ID (for conscripts) must be presented in person.
